Services

1. EZGO Services offers POS solutions, digital marketing, web design, and graphic design services to clients.
2. Services provided are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide accurate and necessary information to facilitate the provision of services.
2. Clients are responsible for the content they provide and ensuring it complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Payments and Fees

1. Payments for services rendered by EZGO Services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
2. Any additional fees or charges will be communicated to the client before the commencement of services.

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by EZGO Services belong to the Company unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Clients retain ownership of their content and materials provided for use in the services. However, EZGO Services may use these materials for the sole purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

Confidentiality

1. EZGO Services agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the client, except where required by law.
2. Clients agree not to disclose proprietary information obtained from EZGO Services without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. EZGO Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
2. The total liability of EZGO Services, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate services provided by EZGO Services by providing written notice.
2. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered must be settled.

Modifications

EZGO Services reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
